C++ Developer 2-6 yrs - 1st class Degree - Systematic Fund
The Trading technology team of this foetal staged Multi-Strat (Mid-Frequency Systematic) Hedge Fund seek multiple C++ Software Developer's with ~2-6 years' experience post securing a 1st class Degree / Distinction in your Master's, specifically in Computer Science or similar.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work across core functionality of the business within the 1st 12-24 months, covering Backtesting / Simulations tools, Execution Algos, Order Management (OMS), Market Data solutions. ULL Market Connectivity.
Indicative figures (not a fan of quoting figures, is based entirely on the individual) based on depth of C++ (from Core to Idioms) TCP stack and Linux
- Salary - £120k-£150k
- Bonus - £50k-£100k+
- Plus Benefits, Hybrid 1-2 days WFH (office based Central London)
- Individuals from the EU with academics from the likes of ETH, EPFL, Polytechnique, TUM, TUB, TU Wien, Delft, KTH, and peers, or Research Centre's like Jülich, et al coupled with ~2-6 years exp. post will receive Full Sponsorship and Relocation package.

Candidates suited to this collaborative Fund require -
- Computer Science Degree / Master's with 1st / Distinction achieved
- 2-6 years commercial experience as a C++ Software Engineer
- Excellent C++ skills inc. Multithreading, Concurrency, STL
- Linux fundamentals knowledge
- Awareness of TCP/IP
- Python experience beneficial (will develop strong skills in the role)
- FPGA exposure beneficial (will gain an understanding in the role)
- Genuine interest in Financial Markets, Quantitative Trading, and real passion for Software Engineering
