Xcede are delighted to be working with an international eCommerce business, who are backed by angel investors globally as they look to scale their team.

As a business, they are a rapidly expanding eCommerce platform that empowers businesses to scale effortlessly by connecting them with a global network of fulfilment partners. Their platform simplifies the process of bringing custom products to market, allowing entrepreneurs and brands to focus on growth without the complexities of logistics. As a leader in their niche, they're driving innovation, making it easier than ever for businesses to deliver high-quality products to their customers, quickly and efficiently.

They are looking for a Product Manager to join the team, owning the marketing stack to support growth, making sure this is in line with the business needs, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of MarTech investments and making data-driven decisions as required.

Suggested requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and enhancing performance through the implementation of marketing technology solutions and strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest MarTech tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and customer data platforms.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience in optimizing customer journeys and user experiences is an advantage.
  • Experience in technical SEO, particularly within e-commerce, high-growth software environments, or agencies.
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms.
