IT Support Engineer

Working model: 5 days a week in Braunschweig

Salary: €50,000-€60,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Job profile and daily tasks:
- Operation of the data processing processes of the ERP system MS Dynamics AX
- Operation and maintenance of the ERP system servers and process computers
- Carrying out changes such as release maintenance windows
- Analysis and optimisation of processing procedures
- Ongoing monitoring of the availability and performance of the ERP systems
- Planning and controlling the data transfer between stores and the ERP system
- Correction of booking or data errors

Optimum skillset:
- Confident operation of Microsoft client operating systems
- Basic Administrator knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
- Basic knowledge of Powershell scripting desirable
- Creating simple SQL queries makes work easier
- Monitoring tools: Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana
- Basic knowledge of ITSM according to ITIL
- German language skills at least B2 level
