IT Security Manager

I am working with a Global leader in their industry, helping them to source an IT Security Manager with a technical skillset who is passionate about innovation and digital transformation.

Your Role

Our IT teams play a key role in business process design and drive group-wide projects so they need you to use your expertise to contribute in the following areas:

• Leading project management for expanding IT security systems
• Managing IT security incidents through review, analysis, and control
• Designing and developing security architectures
• Implementing the requirements of our IT governance, such as ISMS and BCMS
• Assessing projects and initiatives to ensure the right level of information security (on-premises, private, and public cloud)
• Executing IT security requirements
• Creating system recovery concepts, and planning and conducting recovery exercises

What You'll Bring

• Degree in (business) information technology, or IT specialist training with a focus on IT security, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, etc.) and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with current IT technologies, architectures, and innovations, including their associated risks
• Experience with enterprise security solutions (e.g., SIEM, Vuln. Mgmt., Endpoint Protection, PKI, EDR, XDR)
• Basic experience in incident response management
• Ideally, certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CHFI, CISA, or CompTIA
• Proficient in German, with good English skills (written and spoken)
