Product Manager

Xcede are delighted to be working with a global scale-up that has over 1 billion users globally, as they look to scale their Product team in London.

The team are looking for a Product Manager who has experience working across the Fintech Domain. In particular, having delivered user facing products in scale or start up environments. This PM will be focusing on their Payments offering, and looking at how they can launch in new locations, improve the customer journey and creating more ways to pay.

As a business, they are Product led, with the CEO originally joining as a Product Manager.

Responsibilities of the role

• Working and owning your area of Product development from discovery through to delivery.
• Leading a squad of engineers and designers, whilst working closely with Customer Service & Marketing, making sure that KPIs are met.
• Using data as a key metric, utilizing this to understand users and trends, to prioritise accordingly.
• Taking initiative to understand where your Product falls within the wider business' strategic and commercial goals.

Suggested Requirements

• 4/5 years experience as Product Manager within the FinTech/Payments domain.
• Being a Data-Driven Product Manager, with the ability to use analytical skills.
• Experience working on B2C products, ideally within mobile apps too.
