Principal Product Manager - AI

Xcede are delighted to be working with a global market intelligence company, who focus on providing data insights and forecasting within their sectors. The platforms have extensive data on over 500+ items, with legacy data going back multiple years.

They are looking for a Principal Product Manager, who will specialise in their AI developments, a pivotal area of the business. You would be working closely with the Product leadership team, to help them strengthen their discovery and delivery of cutting-edge data & AI products.

This role is a chance to work on greenfield projects in an exciting and ever growing space, whilst being part of a business that is one of the leaders in it's space.

Responsibilities of the role

* Be a key driver in the strategy and delivery of their Artificial Intelligence products, achieving significant ROI.

* Grow into a leader in the business, building relationships with the relevant cross fuctional teams and stakeholders, whilst driving the performance of Gen-AI & LLM projects.

* Using your experience, understand the business' wider strategic and commercial goals, and integrate these into the products you are delivering.

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills to help share and present effective ideas & strategic points with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

- Proven experience working on high-level AI products, with the ability to be able to translate how and why they were impactful and effective.

- A background directly as a Data Scientist (or equivalent), whilst not a necessity, would be highly beneficial for the role.

- This role would encapsulate some line management responsibilities, so experience of line management previously would be preferred.

- Commercial acumen, taking the time to understand where the business sits within its industry and using this information develop new products.
