Position: Business Analyst

Overall Job Purpose:

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Acting as a functional expert with strong knowledge of one or more packages of our Infor ERP LN Application, including modules and add-ons.
• Managing both run and change operations on the ERP System.
• Providing 2nd Level support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Supporting and transferring knowledge to 2nd line support.
• Handling 3rd Level support where domain knowledge is available to resolve run and change requests and issues.
• Managing third-party vendor relationships and escalating issues to our Service Partners when necessary.
• Creating, updating, and closing tickets related to ERP and associated applications integrating with ERP.
• Managing 'small changes' that are not large enough to be deemed a project.

Requirements:

• Good functional knowledge of the Infor LN, with preferable technical knowledge of the same.
• Technical acumen and high-level business analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of the business and customer-facing skills.
• Significant input into future strategic decisions advising IT management.
• IT Manual, ensuring enforcement and compliance, particularly in Project Management, Change Control, and User Access Management.
• A proven track record delivering supporting ERO Applications.

• Qualifications:

  • An appropriate IT qualification, e.g., BSc in an IT-related field.
  • Knowledge of Infor ERP LN.

  • £45k-70k + bonus
