OT Networking Project Manager / PMO - Energy

We are looking for a Project Manager or PMO to ensure all OT Networking & OT Security Projects are delivered against project plans. You will work alongside the OT Engineering Manager and OT Security Manager to manage execution of projects associated with OT Network capabilities within a complex Energy domain.

Those applying should demonstrate:

• Experience with project management within a large international organisations. Ideally holding a PM qualification (Prince2, PMP, Sigma)
• Prior experience managing OT infrastructure, security or networking projets, implementation of networking technologies ideally in the Energy Industry, specifically NERC and Critical National Infrastructure
• Good understanding of cross-cultural challenges both within the company and outside - ability to work with internal and external vendors and service providers with differing levels of security, technology, and process security
• Strong leadership skills, including the capability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive performance, is essential
• Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global team, as well as coordinating with stakeholders at various levels

This is a 1 year contract position that can extend beyond and needs to be a candidate willing to be in office 3x days weekly + sporadic travel to other site locations.
