Product Analytics Lead

Up to £95k

Location- London (Hybrid)

As their Lead Product Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to inform product strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and inspire a culture of analytical excellence.

Here's what you'll be leading:

  • Strategic Product Insights: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define KPIs, analyze trends, and provide recommendations that align with business objectives.
  • Data Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, precision, and collaboration.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to drive feature optimization and validate hypotheses.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data insights and business strategy.
  • Building Analytics Infrastructure: Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data accessibility, quality, and reliability for analysis and reporting.
  • Driving Innovation: Identify untapped opportunities in user behavior, market trends, and product usage to inform the product roadmap.

What You Bring

We're looking for a data-driven visionary with:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product analytics, data science, or a similar field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Excellence: A proven track record of transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive meaningful product improvements.
  • Experimentation Mastery: In-depth experience with A/B testing frameworks, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Product-First Mindset: A deep understanding of product lifecycles and how data informs decisions at every stage of development.
