Xcede are delighted to be working with a well known UK based marketplace, as they are look to grow the team in 2025. They are looking for a Product Manager to join as they look to launch an entirely new area of the business from 0-1.
As a business, they have 100+ retail stores, as well as generating over £100m and having an incredibly loyal customer base. Having recently hired an incredibly talented Product leader, this is a really exciting time to join the business. There is a large scope to shape the future of how this business operates, working in an autonomous enivroment, where internally there is investment in learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative product solutions.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and uncover opportunities for product enhancements.
- Conduct independent data analysis to extract meaningful, actionable insights.
- Create and maintain detailed user stories and journey maps to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives using appropriate frameworks and tools.
- Manage stakeholders effectively by communicating clearly and aligning diverse teams and perspectives.
- Champion the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing feedback to shape the product roadmap.
- Track product performance and key success metrics to evaluate impact and drive ongoing improvements.
Desired Experience
- Prior experience in launching or scaling digital products, particularly in marketplaces or SaaS.
- Proven ability to align product development with overarching business goals.
- Experienced in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and drive outcomes.
- Proficient in analyzing both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics tools) and qualitative data (e.g., customer interviews, usability tests).
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
- Basic experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
