Operations Data Analyst

Are you an experienced Operations Data Analyst with a strong background in fraud prevention, KYC, and data analytics? Do you have hands-on experience with SQL, CRM systems, DBT, and Looker? What We're Looking For:

• Fraud & KYC Expertise: Proven experience working with fraud detection, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and mitigating risk.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. Experience with DBT for data transformation and Looker for data visualization.
• CRM Systems: Comfortable working with CRM tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze customer data.
• Startup/Finance Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a start-up or finance environment, where agility, scalability, and data-driven decision-making are key.
• STEM Background: A strong foundation in a STEM field, ideally with a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Hybrid Working: Based in London with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility and a dynamic work culture.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
• Detect, investigate, and report on fraud patterns, implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, using data to improve customer onboarding, fraud detection, and KYC processes.
• Maintain and enhance the performance of data systems using SQL, DBT, and Looker.
• Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
