Are you a Customer Analyst with strong experience in loyalty analytics, a solid grasp of SQL and Tableau, and a track record of stakeholder management? Do you have a passion for understanding customer behavior and driving value through Customer Loyalty Programs?
Key Requirements:
- Customer Loyalty Experience: Proven experience working with customer loyalty data and analyzing customer retention, lifetime value (LTV), and other loyalty metrics.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and analysis. Experience with Tableau for creating impactful dashboards and visualizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Deep understanding of LTV analysis and its application in optimizing customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- STEM Degree: A strong foundation in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), providing a rigorous analytical mindset.
- Hybrid Working: Based in London with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret customer loyalty data to help shape retention and engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track loyalty performance, customer behavior, and key business metrics.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, providing insights into customer trends and program performance.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data insights are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and maximize loyalty program effectiveness.
- Help shape the overall strategy for customer loyalty and retention using data-driven insights.
