Contract Project Manager - M&A Focus | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid - London

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead high-impact projects within a global technology and connectivity environment.

The Role:

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee key integration and transformation projects following a major M&A event. You'll be working for a leading technology solutions provider on a contract basis, supporting a high-profile end client within the connectivity and infrastructure sector.

• Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension)
• Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Paddington, London

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and transformation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee governance, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party contractors to drive successful delivery.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years' experience in project management, including M&A or large-scale transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe Agile preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, HCM, and ETL projects.
• Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
