Snr Professional Services (client onboarding/ deployment) & Support - Cybersecurity $30M StartUp
This is a role for the 1st employee in the Professional Services & Technical support function to take complete ownership from point-of-POC acceptance to client onboarding & post-onboarding technical support. Wearing multiple hat's (startup mode) initially, this personal will be an integral part of building out the PS and TS function until it separates via growth and maturity.
The company is an exceptional cybersecurity startup that has recently come out of stealth mode and announced a massive +$30M in seed round investment. With a seasoned leadership team in place and product positioning that adds value, cost saving and is underpinned by utilization of the latest LLM models - this is a company to watch for future unicorn status.
Those applying should be:
- A seasoned professional from the cybersecurity SaaS domain
- Have worked in either professional services (client onboarding & product deployment) or technical support for a significant period.
- Have willingness/ experience in working in a startup environment and seen organizations grow from Series A to acquisition or IPO.
- Experienced in client onboarding/ product deployment into enterprise customers.
- Domain experience ideally in one of: Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity & Access Governance (IAG), Security Orchestration or EndPoint Security.
