Regional Sales Manager Boston (North East)
Xcede are currently partnered with a fast growing and exciting Series A funded cyber security vendor focused within Threat Exposure Management. Over the last 2 years they have raised in excess of $30m in Series A funding and launched into the US market.
Having won multiple awards over the last 12 months including the Gartner Cool Vendor Award and having seen some initial success we are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join within Boston to cover the North East.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Co-Founders and the VP of Global Sales, This position would be responsible for building the market across the North East as a senior individual contributor.
- Own the full sales cycle from start to finish, win new business and develop revenue
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas
- Push cross-function collaboration
- Work with clients for upsell and cross sales opportunities
- Develop partnership landscape
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a background in Cyber Security Startups and proven track record of over achieving quota Year on Year.
- At least 5+ years B2B SaaS experience within application security or cyber security
- Prior experience as a BDR highly desirable.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
- BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.
