Director Of Sales Engineering and Customer Success
Xcede are partnered with an award winning Series A funded cyber security vendor, focused within proactive threat exposure management, having launched two years ago they have started to build an initial GTM presence across the US.
As a business they are backed by market leading VCs and raised in excess of $30m in funding, having won multiple awards including the Gartner Cool Vendor award last year.
Following this success we are looking for a Director of Sales Engineering and Customer Success to join the team.
This Position is remote based in the US, ideally east coast but flexible
Responsibilities:
This position would report directly into the CTO and Co founder and would be responsible for building the sales engineering and customer success functions.
- Lead the sales engineering and customer success teams globally
- Develop strategic plans to support sales and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer requirements
- Carry out POCs and RFPs
- Follow industry trends to drive the landscape
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in sales engineering and customer success
- Previously ran teams of customer success and sales engineering
- Knowledge of cyber security
- Startup experience
- Ability to travel
