Our client, a top-tier management consultancy, is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise and a deep understanding of the banking industry to support a critical project in risk management and financial products. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to define and deliver key business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the project change lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, technical specification creation, test case development, and execution</li>
<li>SQL &amp; Data Analysis &ndash; interrogate data, build and execute test cases, and support system migration</li>
<li>Work with banking products, derivatives, SFTs, collateral, and margin agreements</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of credit risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory capital requirements</li>
<li>Present progress updates in large working groups and liaise with senior business stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Key Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Strong SQL proficiency &ndash; ability to write queries and analyze data</li>
<li>Banking product knowledge &ndash; particularly derivatives, SFTs, and collateral management</li>
<li>Understanding of risk management and financial regulations</li>
