We’re seeking a Deployment Engineer for a short-term, full-time contract supporting a high-profile end client in the public sector. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant tech refresh at a major government facility in Fleetwood.
Role Overview: As a Deployment Engineer, you'll be responsible for the safe de-installation and packaging of end-user IT equipment. You’ll be working on-site at a central government location and must follow structured processes with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- De-installation of IT equipment, including:
- 664 Lenovo docking stations with power cables
- 692 Dell monitors (including 28 dual-monitor setups)
- 664 keyboards
- 664 mice
- 664 USB-C to DisplayPort cables
- 664 securitisation locks
- Accurate logging and safe handling of all devices
- Secure packaging and staging for onward transportation
- Complying with building protocols and secure handling procedures
- Prior experience in IT deployment, decommissioning, or hardware refresh projects
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Able to commit to working on-site for the full week
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions precisely
