📍 Location: London-based for the first 6–12 months before transitioning to a hybrid model

A fast-growing, VC-backed AI start-up is on a mission to modernise and automate B2B transactions. By harnessing the power of AI and data, the team is streamlining outdated processes, making buying and selling faster, more intelligent, and scalable.
This early-stage start-up is building cutting-edge tools designed to eliminate manual workflows, reduce costly delays, and unlock better business decision-making. Now, they are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (with a strong front-end focus) to join them on the journey - bringing their platform to life and scaling it from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly prototype interfaces to test ideas and gather feedback
• Lead front-end development using modern frameworks and tooling
• Build intuitive, performant, and accessible UIs that simplify complex workflows
• Contribute across the stack to backend services, architecture, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features
• Shape our technical roadmap and contribute to engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong front-end development skills and confidence across the full stack
• Clean, maintainable, well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools
• A user-first mindset and passion for crafting high-quality experiences
• Start-up energy - you’re resourceful, adaptable, and take ownership
• Based in the UK and able to attend our London office regularly

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with AI or machine learning technologies
• Background building B2B platforms, marketplaces, or complex workflows
• Experience leading projects or managing external engineering teams
