My Customer is a leading Telecoms and Internet provider in Germany. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will require business fluency in German and English.
The role will require several days onsite in Hamburg/Kiel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: You and your colleagues ensure the 24/7 operation of our customers' and our company's servers and IT infrastructure.
- Customer Service: You answer inquiries by phone or email and document the processing progress in our IT service management system.
- Problem Solver: You resolve tasks within the scope of first-level support and forward more complex tasks to the experts in our specialist teams.
- Contact Person: You moderate fault reports according to process specifications and regularly inform our customers about the current processing status.
Skills:
- You have a keen interest in IT and ideally have already gained experience in telephone customer support.
- Your Motivation: You enjoy analyzing and solving technical problems and are also willing to think outside the box.
