What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a D365 Functional Support Specialist who is eager to take ownership, deliver high-quality solutions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
A keen eye for detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
A drive for service improvement and business process optimization.
Required Knowledge & Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a functional support role for D365 CRM/CS applications.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Proficiency with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive).
Commercial awareness and project management insight.
Qualifications: 🎓 D365 CRM Certifications (required).
AS/A Level or equivalent education.
Functional Consultant or Business Analyst certifications (preferred).
