Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Retail Giant

Location: Braunschweig
Salary:  €75,000 - €100,000

One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.
 
The position:

• Define BI use cases and develop KPI frameworks to measure business performance.
• Act as a partner for business units and controlling, helping to shape data-driven decision-making.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and value driver models using Power BI.
• Develop and optimize DAX queries and manage BI solutions within the Microsoft BI stack
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights for senior management and business teams.
• Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional BI projects, working with stakeholders across the organization.

Your experience:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration (IT focus), Econometrics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst role
• Strong understanding of business processes and data, preferably in the retail or fashion sector
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX and SQL
• Fluent in German with good English proficiency

• Salary - €75,000 - €100,000 – depending on experience
