(Senior) Manager - Enterprise Architect - FS Digital Audit

We’re supporting a globally recognised consulting firm in hiring a strategic leader to help shape the future of digital audit within their Financial Services business.
As part of a growing international tech & transformation team, you’ll play a key role in aligning technology architecture with business priorities—acting as a bridge between executive stakeholders, product leadership, and technical delivery teams.

The Role:
This is not a hands-on engineering role—it’s a senior leadership position requiring strong communication, program oversight, and architectural alignment. You will:

• Define and drive the architectural strategy for digital audit platforms.
• Work directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to align tech capabilities with business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, and audit domains.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and future-ready—without getting lost in the weeds of technical delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into clear architectural roadmaps, governance frameworks, and transformation programs.

You’ll Bring:

• Experience in enterprise architecture, strategic program leadership, or large-scale transformation in a regulated environment (e.g. FS, consulting, audit).
• Strong understanding of how to connect business vision with platform and product development.
• A confident communication style with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Familiarity with modern cloud/data platforms (Azure, Databricks, etc.) is a bonus—but not essential.
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
