Xcede are thrilled to be working with a start-up who’s mission it is to make the financial services industry safer. Working with some of the largest banks globally, they utilise both AI & Data to deliver at speed, simplifying operational risk.
They are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Working closely with the CPO and your cross-functional team, you will help to define and track the current roadmap, as well being able to deliver impactful changes as you and the team adept to a changing start-up’s requirements.
They are particularly looking for someone who has experience working with Complex Data, combined with Large Language Models.
What you’ll do:
• Partner with the Chief Product Officer, you will establish and track quarterly goals, oversee the ongoing product roadmap, and manage relevant performance metrics.
• Conduct interactive sessions with end users to gather insights and refine how the product can enhance key problem areas. Engage closely with users and designers to define issues clearly and explore potential solutions.
• Work alongside design, engineering, and data science teams to research, test, and document resolutions for key challenges.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to identify and execute problem-solving initiatives while ensuring the achievement of key objectives.
• Manage and prioritize team workloads to ensure efficient feature development and release planning.
• Foster innovation within squads to create effective, user-focused solutions that address client needs.
• Collaborate with Intelligence & Analytics, Engineering, and Client teams to maximize the value and impact of product updates.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a senior or lead Product Management role, leading multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in working within complex technology ecosystems, including expertise in data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence.
• A track record of tackling complex problems by bringing diverse teams together and driving shared vision and execution.
• Experience delivering high-impact products in an agile setting.
• Experience working on complex data products, preferably those with LLMs.
