A leading UK organisation undergoing a major digital transformation is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to map data assets, optimise system integrations, and improve data governance. This role is critical in cataloguing existing data sources, ownership structures, and third-party supplier agreements to support automation, AI, and machine learning initiatives.

Data Mapping & Integration
•    Develop a comprehensive data inventory, outlining ownership, dependencies, and third-party contracts.
•    Define migration strategies for integrating data sources into internal infrastructure.
•    Document data flows, integration points, and technical dependencies to enhance system interoperability.
Technical Support & Process Optimisation
•    Identify and resolve integration challenges by working closely with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
•    Ensure documentation is structured, accessible, and actionable for both technical and business teams.
•    Provide regular progress updates and highlight data-related risks.
Strategic Contribution
•    Support AI, machine learning, and data-driven product initiatives by ensuring a structured and well-mapped data ecosystem.
•    Contribute to long-term data strategy by defining resource dependencies and third-party obligations.
•    Align data mapping efforts with broader digital transformation objectives.

Required Skills
•    Proven expertise in data mapping, system integration, and governance within large-scale organisations.
•    Strong understanding of data ownership, compliance frameworks, and third-party supplier agreements.
•    Ability to analyse data dependencies, document integration points, and prepare datasets for migration.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams, data cataloguing tools, and technical documentation platforms.
